Usage rights

The standard terms attached to every track licensed through the Synqabl demo agent.

This is a demonstration document for a demonstration agent. The tracks are real demo recordings licensed for this showcase; no further rights are granted or implied.

1. Grant

Upon completion of a Synqabl licensing run, the licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable standard sync license to synchronize the licensed track with one (1) audiovisual work. The grant covers the delivered master as-is; remixing or resale of the track on its own is not included.

2. Term

The license runs for 1 year from first air date. Works published within the term may remain available after it ends; new placements require a renewal.

3. Territory & media

Worldwide, across digital, social, and broadcast. Paid media placement inside those channels is included; theatrical and OTT distribution are not.

4. Attribution

Where the medium carries credits, include "Music: [track] — [artist], licensed via Synqabl". Where it does not (e.g. short-form social), attribution is waived.
